SKIPPED: by do not create new posts option

    I’ve been trying for the past two hours to do a simple 2 column CSV import. I keep getting the following error:

    “SKIPPED: by do not create new posts option”

    I have “Create new users from records newly present in your file” turned NOT checked, and “Update existing users with changed data in your file” checked.

    Could someone please explain where I am going wrong?
