Skipping Order Numbers

    Our Order numbers are skipping by at least 20 or 10 digits. It had been working fine (and in order) for 25 orders and then it jumped from 025 to 045.

    We are on the latest version 1.3.5

    Can you recall any events in the site that made a bulk update of order status in your site or synchronization of orders from any external sources?

    @webtoffee No we did not. We installed the plugin on 06/23 and it had been working fine until we noticed that it had skipped numbers for our orders from a few days ago.

    No bulk updates or syncs were done from any external source. We don’t have a sync established with any 3rd party tools.

    Hi @gauchan,

    We had made some changes in the last version of the plugin to address such anomalies and we haven’t been able to replicate the issue after that.

    We will look into it and make changes once we are able to replicate the error.
