As far as I know, when a customer enters an email address that matches a Skrill account, then Skrill asks them to log in by default. If the email address is new, then the customer can use the credit card, without having to log in.

Such behaviour depends on the Skrill system itself, the plugin cannot change it. I would suggest to contact the Skrill Support team to see if they can change it from their side.

    Hello Diego,

There are couple of plugin which gives the option to check/uncheck skrill login option.

    Customer can pay without login.

But Using this plugin one must have to login before paying his payments.

And i am using personal account for business. Is it right to use personal account or do i need to upgrade it to Business account?

    Regards

All the tests were conducted with a business account, but it should also work with a personal account as well.

As for the “pay without login” feature, I’m not aware of an option to allow it from the plugin side. If you wish to request such feature, I can queue it for review on your behalf. If you need it urgently, we can provide you with an estimate for it.
