Skroutz Feed is empty

    Hi,

    We have been using your plugin for a long time for generating Skroutz Feed. At some point without changing anything nor updating plugins / WP the feed started to be empty. In fact we have even created a new Skroutz feed and it worked. But, when it was updated (hourly) it started to be empty again.

    We have tried to:

    • Update plugins and WP, Woocommerce
    • Enable, disable plugin
    • Remove filters
    • Update PhP to 8.

    What should we do? The feed is generated ok on the first time but then it is empty whatever we do.

    A hint just in case it helps:
    I have more than one Skroutz feeds. The first one which is broken now is used for Skroutz and Best price. This has been modified lately in terms of filters, fields etc. This is empty. No matter what I try.

    I have a second Skroutz feed which is an old feed. This is used for another purpose, it is active, and it IS WORKING.

    If I clone the working skroutz feed (the second one) and run it, it works. I change nothing and run it again it breaks, and it is empty. No matter how many times you run it, it will not come back again. No other change, just hit the run button. Nothing, it breaks.

    This seems to me like a bug or something that the old feed (which was created with older plugin version) has but it is not there on the new one.

    Can you check this?

    Hi,

    I still have issues with this. I have removed all the custom code from the theme and tried that but with no luck.

    One thing I noticed: When I run the feed manually it works. If I leave it and it is executed by the cron then it fails. Any ideas?

    So, I may have found what is the issue. Redis Cache. Deactivated it and it runs again.
