  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

There can be several reasons as to why your feed is empty. We have listed those possible configuration reasons in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

Could you go through the reasons mentioned and see if any applies to your feed configuration?

    Hi
    Thanks for answering
I have already gone through that list.
After some research I found out that the problem was caused by the redis cache plugin that I had installed to my website. After disabling it and emptying the object cache the xml worked again.

The question is how to make your plugin work with the redis cache enabled. Can you please help me on that ?

    Hi,

It unfortunately won’t. We’ve spend quite some time on getting it to work with Redis a year back but unfortunately without much luck.

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.

Do not hesitate to reach out to us again whenever you need our help.

For some time deleting the redis plugin did the job
but since two days ago it happens again
    the feeds are empty
I dont have any other caching plugin enabled
