• We are testing your great plugin and just created one item now with one layer to perform a basic test with the plugin before we move forward with getting additional options purchased.

    So far we noticed that the individual content SKU number & image are both not reflected in the cart, checkout and the actual order record within WooCommerce.

    An individual SKU is assigned in the configurator. Can you point us to what could be wrong. Thanks you!

    Hi there,

    The product is added to the cart via Ajax, without submitting the whole form, which isn’t currently supported.

    So the configuration isn’t sent at all.

    You should deactivate this feature, at least for that product if possible.

    Also in order to display the image and SKU in the cart, they need to be configured in Settings > Product Configurator.

    I’ve just released a new version of the plugin where I added basic support for this, so it should now work.
