SKU Not working

  • I have the SKU box checked in my website search bar so whenever someone types in a SKU number the search bar should pull up the results. For some reason it is not working. I updated the plugin, I reindexed the search bar and also cleared the cache in the plugin. Nothing has worked can you please help me and tell me why it is not working?

    Where I can find AWS plugin search form on your site?

    As I see the form in the header are not AWS search form.
