Slack notifications are not sent

    Hello guys!

    I am using “WP Live Chat Support Pro” (Version 8.0.01) with “WP Live Chat Support – Slack Notifications” (Version 1.0.02) but I can’t get working Slack notifications. Offline and online messages from Live Chat are not sent to Slack channel.

    Thank you so much for your time on this one, and out sincere apologies for the delay in response.

    We believe this may be a bug in the latest code, and we intend on resolving this within the next few days.

    I will be responding to your support ticket shortly with more site specific information.

    Thanks for your help! Problem was with disabled cURL on our server. So I guess there was no error in your code.

    Only a pleasure, happy to have helped!

    There was a small conflict in our code, which we will resolve permanently in the next update to our base plugin.

    This was fixed on your site in the meantime though. ??
