    Hi @olikanagold77

Thanks for reaching out and providing screenshots. Usually, WordPress should automatically add the trailing slash if your permalink settings are set that way.

When I checked your site, it redirects me to the my-accounts page with the trailing slash, as shown in this video: https://www.loom.com/share/46e913b329114c27a682dd7120d81cc9?sid=242291d3-3314-4ad6-8ab4-db8102c83dfb.

To move forward, kindly go Settings → Permalink in WordPress try saving the settings without making any changes to refresh them. After that, clear your site’s cache, as this can sometimes fix the issue.

If the issue continues, you might want to ask your theme developer to check the template files. It’s possible the “my-account” button is hardcoded without the slash.

Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thank You Renier,

It did not work, I will ask the kadence theme developpers.

    Cheers!

    Hi @olikanagold77,

It did not work, I will ask the kadence theme developpers.

    Sounds like a plan!

Reaching out to their developers is indeed a good step. They will have a deep understanding of their theme and can provide specific assistance.
