slash website

I would like to create a slash website on my original blog, https://www.susiej.com — to create https://www.susiej.com/reviews.

To do this, In filezilla, do I create a new directory called “reviews”?
I did this, and the website I created was https://www.susiej.com/reviews/wordpress — so I deleted and I’m retrying.

When I download wordpress, and I change the config file — do I change it like this?
define(‘DB_NAME’, ‘susiej/reviews’); // The name of the database
define(‘DB_USER’, ‘susiej/reviews’);
