Hi. SLB does not appear to be loading on the page. Are you sure that it’s activated and enabled?

It appears that a plugin is modifying the output of the page. Please follow the steps for troubleshooting theme/plugin conflicts to determine if there are any conflicts with the theme or other plugins.

Let me know what you find.

    Hi Archetyped,

Thanks once again. I guess issue is not with theme because with same theme I have using SLB from very long time. I am using cloudflare for network security. CLoudflare has feature app called Rocket Loader. Rocket loader has function to delay all JS file so that website can load first. It really works. As per recent ping tool result my website has load time just 2.5 S against 5.8 to 8 Secs earlier.

This brought me to next problem which is issue with SLB. Now SLB is not responding. I have tested SLB with system hosted test website. On test website it is responding well.

There is any way so that I can define SLB to load in header or along with website, not delayed by any outsite tools.

I will take a look at Cloudflare, but in general, CDN’s are to be supported by optional add-ons. If there is enough demand for a Cloudflare add-on, then one will be developed.

For the time being, my recommendation would be to look at Cloudflare’s settings to see if you can exclude SLB’s files from delayed loading. This would allow SLB to load as designed without being modified by another plugin.

    Hi Archetyped,

Does SLB supports PHP 5.3? Now I can recall, all issues started with my website migration from PHP 5.2 to PHP 5.3.

One of my friends website which I setup recently has smiler set of setting whereas back-end is powered by Cloud flare. On my friend’s website SLB is running successfully.

There should not be any problems with PHP 5.3.

If you haven’t already, my suggestion would be to check your site for theme and plugin conflicts, as that will confirm whether Cloudflare is responsible for the issues or not.

Please report your findings and we can proceed from there.

It seems like SLB has a problem with Jetpack. I’m running Jetpack 2.5 with WordPress 3.7.1 and SLB doe not load.

@watchgregrun: Are you saying that when you disable Jetpack, SLB loads properly?

No specific issues were identified with Jetpack. However, since Jetpack is composed of several modules, can you specify which module you are experiencing an issue with in relation to SLB?

Also, 99% of all issues are site-specific. Please see the instructions on reporting issues so that your specific issue can be further investigated.

    Thanks.

OK, I think I figured out which part of Jetpack breaks it, it is Photon which moves your images to wordress servers.

Here is a sample site with nothing but SLB and Jetpack as the only two plugins and a single post with a single image in it.

As soon as I disable Photon things work. With Photon things are broken.

Great work! I will take a look at Photon, but it looks like it might be due to Jetpack changing the link after SLB activates it.

In general CDNs like Photon will be supported via add-ons for SLB.

Right now I am using a plugin called Slenderbox and it seems to play nicely with Photon. You can see it in action at the very bottom of this blog post: https://www.watchgregrun.com/2013/11/2013-ing-nyc-marathon-part-2-race-day/
