    Hello,

We are using WordPress version 5.8. and we are using a plugin called Simple Lightbox version 2.8.1. We have no idea after which action the plugin stopped working correctly, however, we know that around 2 months ago the plugin still worked correctly. I uninstalled all other plugins that we got in the past months but it did not solve the issue. Also, no upgrades to WordPress have been made before the plugin stopped working.

The problem with the plugin is that when we click on an image it doesn’t make the picture bigger in the white box as it used to. Now, it opens on a new page.

    Best,
    Tomá? Hara?ta

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, the issue appears to be due to cURL being disabled or improperly configured on your site. This is server-level configuration and can occur when the hosting provider updates the server or makes other changes.

See SLB’s documentation on cURL support for more details.

Contacting your hosting provider to resolve this issue is recommended. As noted at the above documentation, you may need to follow up with your hosting provider to get the request elevated for them to perform a thorough check on the server’s cURL configuration.

Hi, just following up to see if you’ve received a response from your hosting provider regarding the cURL configuration on your site?
