Sleek design, fast, customisable, excellent support! Well done Brainstorm Force!

  • My biggest challenge with WordPress has been themes. I don’t know if I’ve just been unlucky, but I’ve had three themes with serious conflicts, one was slowing down my site, and getting support has been a nightmare.

    So I started out with the theme support as my main priority, because if anything else happens you need support to sort it out.

    I haven’t been disappointed – Astra is a bit complicated because there are so many customizable options, so there’s a bit of a learning curve that could slow you down if you’re in a hurry, but the support team are very helpful.

    Support is by email, Mon-Fri only. That said, I sent a question on Saturday afternoon (BST) and it was answered by Sunday morning.

    Well done Brainstorm Force for this beautiful and functional theme – it checks all my boxes!
