Slick Menu not working

Great Plugin, everything works out very well. But I am having trouble to get it works for the Menu Plugin.

This one is run on WordPress: https://www.greatdigit.com
This one is the static version: https://www.greatdigit.cn

As you can see the static version is missing the menu on the right corner.

Any solutions or suggestions?
