Slide Bar and Contact us page

Hi

My website is https://www.marlowes-agency.com and i have got this wordpress and i am very green about things.
I want to have the slider bar on the home page but it wont let me unless i also have my latest posts on there as well which i do not want. How do i just have my slider bar on the home page please?
Also is it possible to get a contact us form on the contact page?
