Slide Images does not load when clicking and scroll is not working

  • Hello there,

    I have a problem with viewing the images of the variations of the products on the slide. I try to click on one of the thumbnails of the images on the slide so that it loads, however, it is not loading, just as the scroll is also not working.

    Can you help me? This is occurring with all products that have variations (slide carousel)

    Hello there,

    I hope you are doing well!

    If you have three images in the product gallery and you have in the plugin options you will show three images, the slider won’t work, because all the images are already showed.
    Please, try to hide unless one image to make the slider work in the right way.

    Also, deactivate ‘Activate Responsive Slider’ option in the plugin options to see if the images are loaded.

    Hello there,

    I tried again, adjusting the amount of gallery images in the plugin options. Also deactivated ‘Activate Responsive Slider’ option in the plugin, however, the error continues. The image carousel does not work and when I click on any of the thumbnails the image does not load.

    I don’t really know what to do. Can you help me?

    Hi there,

    Could you check if changing the theme to a default WordPress one like the “twenty sixteen” the problem is solved, please?

    If this is the case, the problem could be that your theme overrides the plugin templates. To fix this, what you need to check if the theme includes these template “product-thumbnails-magnifier.php” and “product-image-magnifier.php” inside the next path “/wp-content/themes/your_theme_name/woocommerce/single-product/” and rename these file adding for example “_old” at the end of the file name.
