    I have set up the slide-in.

    Connected it to my Mail-chimp account (though I am uncertain if its connecting to my main list or the list’s segment/group, as I wanted .. as there is no ability to specify.)

    Enter an email/name and I get a “This email address has already subscribed.” every single time, even with new or made up information AND nothing gets sent to my MailChimp.

    It also does not have an exit “X” so the popup always displays.

    The slide-in should not only add them to the list but redirect to a download page. It does neither.

    Also, there are feilds in Hustle’s admin that are black and the text in the drop-downs is white … thus I can not see what I am doing.

    I do have the latest WP and version of Hustle.

    How can I get this to work?

    Will probably have to drop in Thrive Leads so I have a working ad this weekend.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @thealchemist,

    Hope you’re well.

    For the first question, actually you can specify any group on MailChimp settings like this;

    But I think you can’t see the options because of “scroll” problem. We have a bug about scroll on that panel and we are aware of that. Our developers working on it, I am sure it will be solved at one of the next releases.

    For the “This email address has already subscribed.” problem, I want you to check first your API, form fields and the selected list of MailChimp. At the form fields NAME field should match with MailChimp correctly. If nothing seems wrong but still not working you need to try plugin conflict tests.

    For that test you need to deactivate all plugins except Hustle and try again, if not helps please try activating default Twenty Seventeen theme too. Before conflict test I recommend taking full backup or try on the staging site.

    For the “X” close button I can see it like this;

    If you want to style it I can help about custom CSS, just let me know how you want to style it.

    For the redirect issue, it can be related MailChimp form not complete the submission successfully. So after solving this we can check if still continue.

    I cannot see dropdown issue so can you be more specific about that? It can be related CSS conflict with other plugins, if you try plugin conflict test please check for this issue too.

    Cheers,
