    Hi,
I’m referring to my talk with Oguz about the rating. The Exit intent works, but the closing behavior does not what it should be doing…

The exit intent and the time that the slide should not show don’t work as was setted.
Could you help me with this?

    Hello Oguz,
Thanks for your reply. My settings are:
    Time: switched off
    Automatically hide after 2 minutes
No longer show message, 1 day

Scroll, show after page scrolled for 80%
    Click, nothing selected
Exit intent, trigger once per session only
    AdBlock, switched off

    Hey @janneke8incosi,

    I hope you’re well.

First of all, you can’t use multiple trigger option for one slide-in (or popup etc…). So if you selected exit intent it will work for trigger or if you selected scroll it will work but it won’t work together.

For the problem, while I am testing I realize that when slide-in hide automatically it shows slide-in again after page refresh. So that can be a problem and I am assuming you are referring this problem.

I am reporting this to developers and will update this thread when I have more info about that.

    Cheers,
    Oguz

    Hi Oguz
    I’m fine. Hope you too!
Yes, that will be why I still saw it sliding in. And is there a way to translate the slide in or pop up? I already tried to find a string with WPML but with no success.

No I filled in the slide in with my email adres and got to the thank you page, but then it popped up again. Shouldn’t it stay away when a the form has been filled in?

    Hey @janneke8incosi,

    Hope you’re well.

We didn’t make anything special for WPML plugin, so it’s possible, not compatible and can’t translate with WPML plugin. But you can try “Pop-up display rules” options from “Display Settings” tab. There is URL specific option to show popup and it can help.

Yes, it shouldn’t show but did you try “Closing behavior” option as “No longer show this message across site” ?

    Cheers,
    Oguz
