    Thanks for reaching out.

    It seems like there is a conflict with the site theme. Could you please try switching the site theme to any of the WordPress default (Twenty*) themes temporarily and see if the issue persists?

    If the issue is resolved by doing so, you can confirm that it’s a theme issue. In which case, you can zip the theme directory(Child theme too if any) and share via?Wetransfer?so that we can debug it. Copy the link and share it by replying to this thread instead of emailing directly from Wetransfer.
