Slide-out, custom content panel from side?

  • Hello,

    I’d like to know if anyone could point me towards a pre-existing plugin that would help me accomplish the following – or any other suggestions you might have.

    Essentially, what I want is a tab sticking out from the top/bottom/right/left side of the screen that, when clicked, reveals a panel that ‘slides out’ from that side of the screen. My purpose is to have a panel that, when clicked, slides out to reveal an embedded Tweet list. I am aware of the following plugins that utilize a similar effect for different purposes – is there any ‘panel’ plugin that supports customizable content?

    i’m looking for something pretty much like this too, I want to offer a bonus to my writers and a jquery slide out would be perfect. Unfortunately the plugins seem to be pretty buggy, and I have no idea how to insert all the code for these things myself!
