    Hello Support,

First of all, thank you for the plugin, it is very useful! I was doing the same with the widget logic, but it is very tricky, the plugin makes it much easier.

I’m having problem with the sliders, When I’ve activated the plugin on my store, all sliders lost their visual and it transformed into boxes.

Is there anything that I can do to fix it?

    My store is: https://iacess.pt

    Thank you

    Hello and thank you.

Your problem with sliders is probably related to styles. But my plugin does not add any styles to frontend, only to admin.

I have visited your store, but didn’t understand where to look at. Could you provide an exact url and screenshot with the problem?

    Hello,

Sure, it’s on https://iacess.pt/loja, you will see that I have the filter on the left side bar and the slider transformed into text boxes that you input numbers, from min to max. I’ve tried to see if there was a problem on css, but couldn’t find any explanation to it.

Thank you and sorry for the late response

    Hello,

I see that slider transforms to text boxes only temporary during page load. This is related to how js works. You should address this question to the author of WooCommerce Product Filter (WOOF) plugin, as my plugin doesn’t do anything in front end: no css, no js.

Unfortunately I’ve deactivated your plugin, it got me a lot of problems.

Afterwords I’ve noticed it got my product attributes link into a loop and redirection to homepage.

Once I’ve deactivated it everything was back in place.

But thank you anyway, the idea of the plugin is great. Probably it has an incompatibility with another of my plugins.
