    Hi,

    I am unable to create a static page. It is not an option at all in settings>reading. What else can I do to get the slider?

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The static page is just a standard page created in WordPress and assigned as front page in your settings.

    To do this, first, go to “Page > Add New”. Once you create this page, then go to the “Settings > Reading” menu and select this page as the front page.

    The front page has multiple widget areas. You can add your image to it as a widget. Please go to “Appearance > Widgets”:

    – If you add a widget to “Home 1 – Full Width” area it will cover the entire width of the layout
    – If you add a widget to the “Home 2 – 2/3 Width” then it will take the width of the main content area.
