    Slider is included within the theme and it uses sticky posts.

    First thing you would need to do is go to Appearance > Customize > Header Text/Logo section and make sure “Enable Slider” option is enabled.

    After that create some posts with featured image, edit visibility options and check “Stick this post to the front page” option.

    Publish your posts and latest 5 should be shown in your slider.
