Slider action button open slider post

  • Hello,
    theme 1.0.7

    The Slider action button open slider post but
    if i fill the slider post description, the content appear on the slider (awfull). If i don’t fill the slider post description, the action button open an empty post !

    Perhaps will be better that the action button open another url (For now, i do it in the child in function with copy of The-monday-slider.php)
    or to find an another way to take social button on slider that the content ?

    User Advanced Custom Post type or Custom Meta Box Plugin to add a custom filed for external URL and the edit your code as per your requirements

    or please share your website URL so that i can tell you how u can do this.

    i done it, i modified the function in child code, but it’s not clean for a cute thema like the_monday.
