    Is it possible to center align the slider if I don’t want the slider width as full-page.

    Alternatively, can I add a text box to an empty portion of the slider

    You can try below instruction for above issue:

    Try to put below CSS rules into custom CSS editor:

    .fslider_mb {
     text-align: center;
}

    Save the changes.

    And for the text box you need to customize the code or need to hire a developer for this. because its a part of code customization.
