Slider and settings not working

Your slider it does not show at all on Desktop or Tablet. It displays all the products across multiple lines if necessary depending on Number of products to display. On Mobile the slider works but the number of products displayed does not match my setting.

My settings are as follows:

Use Slider=YES

Number of Products to show on a slider window: Desktop=4 Tablet=3 Mobile=3

Number of products to display=4

Slider Width=Blank (tried different options but did not fix issue)

Exclude out of stock=Yes

Use Original Product ID=NO

Override theme template=YES (if this is NO then the products fill the available space)

The issue does not show on the Desktop with these settings on purpose but the issue shows on the Tablet and Mobile. On Tablet
