Slider area didn’t show on Customize page

  • I’m changing the theme on a website. I create a colormag child to change some things. I tested on two test servers, but the slider widget area didn’t appear in the Customize section when I installed everything in the production server. I can see the Beside slider section, but if I add things there, they don’t appear on the website.

    Which could be the problem?

    Everything was updated before Colormag installation and there’s only plugins that worked in the tests servers

    Thanks for reaching us,

    For adding the slider on the ColorMag theme, you’ll need to add the content inside the Area Beside Slider. After adding the content on the widget area, the Front Page: Slider Area will appear. Once the section is available, please add the widget TG: Featured Category Slider to that particular section. After adding the content, the slider, as well as the area beside the slider content, will be displayed on the frontend area.
