Slider Arrows don't work

I have the pro version of this slider. Suddenly, within the last couple of days, the arrow buttons on some of the sliders arbitrarily work or don’t work. If you do a page refresh, they’ll work. But, if you click out of the screen and come back to it – they stop working until you refresh the screen again. Please help.
