    A few months back, we noticed that our website had display issues with the head/image areas of our landing page. The problem occurs only when we are logged into WP and is not a hardware, OS or browser-dependent error as it is reproducible upon login/logout.

    We had a developer look at it, and he finally identified today that it was the Bold Builder plugin that was causing our issue. We backtracked it even further, and found that while version 3.51 works with our Newstar (child) theme, the current version of 4.21 is broken.

    This is visible to anyone logged into the website, not to external users. The “edit page” button is also broken with the 4.21 plugin.

    Can you either identify a solution to the issue, or provide a location to obtain a downgraded version of 3.51?

    I have images of the issue, as needed, although I don’t see a place to include them with this message.

    Thanks for using Bold Builder and our premium theme.

    Please make sure to update parent theme to the latest version (and all required plugins too). If the issue still persists than please contact us via Ticksy for detailed assistance.

    Also, please note that Bold Builder version before 4.0.0 (with Front editor) was 3.2.5.
