Slider as columns

I’m just testing this theme out on a local test site and see Ashe uses the slick slider. However, I’ve tried adding a js file with the “responsive” method for responsive (and column layout of slides) without luck. I was trying to folow this for Responsive Display:

Do you have plans to offer that capability or know how I could easily get this kind of layout?

I’d love to use this theme for a client but they are insistent on column slides.
