    Hi,

just waited till the latest update. Using now 6.6.07.

    Problem is using this:
    [wppa type="covers" album="98" size="auto" align="center"]SoSWF 2016[/wppa]

On this site (and all others using this kind of display):
    https://fosm.de/speyside-wf-2016/

Using the arrow key left and right from the preview pics jump on the first click and then no more action at all using those.

Did I miss any cleanup action after all the updates? I know this problem is there for the last 1-3 releases already. Not sure when I encountered it first.

These are the ‘go to first’ and ‘go to last’ item buttons (double arrows). The ‘go to previous’ and ‘go to next’ arrows (single arrows) are no longer displayed, because one can click on any thumbnail in the filmstrip to get the corresponding slide into view.

The arrows have been replaced by icons to make it easier to hit them on mobile devices; they take more space, this is why the next/last – redundant – arrows have been left out.

OK. I did like the old behaviour and I did see several people on my side not getting the “slider” moved. So maybe I have to find another display type instead that is more obvious to use. Thank you for explanation.

To avoid confusion, i will make the following change in the next version:

The ‘go to first’ button will be hidden when the first image is in view; same for last.

I will also enhance the tooltip text, that now only says: Double click for start/stop running slideshow, so that this text is displayed at the center image only, and a different text when hovering the other images.
