Hello, I appear to have an issue on this page wherby the action of the slider appears to cause the the rows below to move down after the first slide activates. I can see that the frame for the slider images themselves appears to extend below the extent of the actual image in the slide. The images are all the same size and sized to fit the same space. Its an odd one. Any constructive insight would be most welcome.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Anthony

    Thanks for getting in touch.

I’m not immediately sure of the cause. We can troubleshoot the issue but you might be able to resolve the problem directly by setting a Height and Responsive Height (if needed) in the Design section of the Slider Widget.

Alternatively, if you’d like to try and troubleshoot the issue. Please, try a brief baseline test. If there any caching or optimization plugins are in use, clear them and then temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder and the Widgets Bundle. Does the issue persist with only the two plugins activated?

Hello Andrew, Thanks for your time. I did a baseline test and it appears that Smush is the culprit. I have left it active for now and shall maybe check with their support regards this. Not sure why it would be causing this. I had also tried setting a Height in the Design section to 100% but it left the slider image as very small for some reason!

Thanks for checking. Is it Lazy Load in Smush causing the problem?

    What height did you input?

Hello again, It is indeed the Lazy Load which I have deactivated. I had used 100% as the height. If there is a native lazy load in the wordpress setup then maybe thats where the conflict is?

For the first slider, I would set the height as 459px for desktop and try 290px for mobile. Lazy Loading is impacting the slider’s ability to calculate the initial height. I’ll log this issue for our developer to attend to. Our work list is a bit packed at the moment so this won’t be attended to immediately, but I will definitely log it right now.

Many thanks for your speedy response. I have left a note on the Smush support forum linking back to this. I have a solution for now and at least things look as they should. Many thanks for your time and effort. Much appreciated.
