Slider Disappeared, have ruled out all I can think of

I have been using the Genesis Responsive Slider for some time, with no trouble. The past few days I have been tweaking various plugins, code, etc to work on my page speed. It was still there until this afternoon, and now I cannot get the actual slider/slideshow to show up.
The widgetized area seems to be working, because if I put in a test title it shows up. The slider doesn’t show up anywhere I put it.
I have deactivated each other plugin I have to see if there was an apparently conflict, and it never returned. I even went through W3TC settings one at a time, though it would seem that disabling that plugin entirely would’ve shown if it was an issue with the settings.
I have looked through the files the best I can in my cPanel, but I’m totally missing something.
And yes, I made sure I’m on “Your Latest Posts” instead of a static home page ??
