    Thanks for your inquiry and sorry for getting back to you late.

    Dear user, please makes sure that you have added the plugin on multisite correctly.

    The correct steps are installing the plugin on the network, then entering each site separately and activating the plugin there.

    If you have done the steps like this but have no luck please let me know.

    Hi, thank you for your reply.

    It worked! Thank you again. You only need to use Uninstall button from WP dashboard, then it deletes all files related to plugin in database and then install it separately on each web.
