Slider does not work on mobile

Could you please share the page link where you have used the Gallery Slider Plugin? Without seeing the issue it’s tough to provide an exact solution.

The Problem is that on a normal screen (Product description is at the right) everything works well – but on mobile or with a very small browser (Product description is below) the slider freezes… and the lightbox too…

I tried a lot in the settings – but could not figure out a solution.

Thanks for sharing the page link. We found that the summary section was overlapping the gallery which is why it didn’t work on the mobile version. To resolve the issue please use the below CSS in the plugin’s Advanced> Aditional CSS field. Take a look at the screenshot for your better understanding.

.single-product .entry-summary {
    clear: both;
}

Just to let you know, I had the exact problem as well and your css solution corrected it. Love this plugin by the way!
