Slider doesn’t load while not logged in to wordpress

Chrome is complaining that jQuery in the slider’s query function isn’t defined. jQuery(document).ready(function() {

I’ve had other slider plugins that use owl not load properly when elementor is installed before the plugin is installed. I don’t have time to uninstall elementor to test.
