Slider doesn't resolve the short code

The cyclone slider 2 worked well, but after installing/deinstalling some other plugins, the page shows only the shortcode instead of the slider: https://www.chwev.de/WordPress_01/de/ (see left end of the blue bar)
I see no javascript errors. I reinstalled the slider plugin, I tried to deactivate and reinstall other plugins – it didn’t help. What can stop the slider?
