Slider dont work, when js loads deferred

hey,

I played around with your great plugin a while – exactly what I needed, especially the custom fields, fields ordering for frontend, wpmu-compatibilty and the simple styling !!

One little issue I found whilst trying to get the frontend view running as slider.
For optimization I load the most of the js-files deferred. So the slider-feature doesnt initialize correctly and didnt load.

I’ve helped me with white-listing the slider.js to not loading deferred, but maybe you or other users want to know about the issue.
