Slider Edit Setups not responding properly to inputs
-
Are you aware of conflicts with either the CSSHero plugin or the Layers theme customizer? After an increasing number of snafus with the Crelly Slider settings not functioning properly, I not only removed it, but removed all content on my website, uninstalled the plugin, deleted all of its content along with that, reinstalled it and started with nothing but brand new slider content. I still had the same problems occurring. Simple ones like clicking on “Add text” and getting an “Open Gallery” button in the Parameter box; or when getting a “Text element” to modify, it not modifying at all, save for positioning; or if it does modify, after having saved it and gone back to modify it some more, it might jump off of the boundaries of the preview screen area, off to the side. Sometimes various elements become confused with each other. I click on one to edit, and the parameters for another element appear in the “Element Options” below. Sometimes, after saving, an entirely new “Text element” box appears on the preview screen that I never added, and when I click on it, it shows the Element Options for one of my other Text elements. If I select “Delete element” for the rouge Text element, it responds by deleting the Element Options for one of my properly created Text elements. Sometimes, the CSS style codes don’t affect the text showing in the slider view box until I would click on the Live Preview button, and then it reverts back to plain text upon stopping the preview. Nor can I use HTML within a line of text without causing a new text line to be created at the very point of inserting the HTML. In short, I can’t get the thing to work consistently at all.
