Thanks for your attention. I downloaded the template files today in the wordpress directory and replaced them, but the problem is still there. You talked about upgrading a plugin, but when installing the template in the free version nothing is mentioned about extra slider plugins. Do I need to use any specific or does the customization area indicated in the dashboard solve this? I did not find information about this on your site for this free 3.8.2 release. Is this same version that I should use?

Now it works.

Does the slider description textbox not accept html? How can I set title in larger letters or links in it for example? I tried with inline css or html but it doesn’t work.
