slider external link – open in separate tab/page

For opening the link in a new tab, could you search for a plugin in the WordPress plugin directory as there might be a plugin to do the same?

I have not found one. I assume I don’t want to use a whole different slider system, since this theme is promoted as having a wonderful one.

I now have found one – very simple and works fine. For anyone else who wants to do this, the plugin is called “Open external links in a new window”.

I have just been communicating with Sanjip – for days on end and not resolving my biggest issue – I want the top background or graphic to extend to the full width so that it is the same width as the slide. I asked for this feature when I first asked for a recommendation of which theme to get (I couldn’t see the difference between several of your themes). I sent a mockup. (I’ve now sent it 3 more times) He finally said I could use a background but I could make my logo full width. I did. It gets shrunk when it is uploaded. Both the top graphic and the first slide ar 1218 pixels wide.I am going to be upgrading to the pro version as soon as I am convinced that the design works.

If you can figure out what I need to do to make the site identity area go from end to end like the slides (or the reverse) I will be able to proceed!!!
