Slider has stopped working

Hi
My slider (from Attitude-appearance-theme options-slider) works sometimes and sometimes it does not. I can still see the dot moving under the slider on the home page as if it is working. I recently added a plug in Calendar, however I deactivated it to ensure that it wasn’t the problem.

It took me a month to figure out how to do the slider and I really want it on my page.
