Slider Images and Instagram Feed

  • Hello,

    I recently purchased the Pro version of the Minimal Blog and was excited about the new features. Since downloading it, I have had many issues, making me question my motive for purchasing it in the first place!

    For one thing, when I attempt to link my Instagram feed, I get “Instagram did not return a 200.”

    I also enabled the front page slider and all of the images are off, forcing me to have to crop them to make them fit. I didn’t have to do this in the free theme version.

    I’d appreciate any and all advice! Thanks.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. They cannot support their customers here.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there. Also, forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.
