• I recently installed Shop Isle and love this theme.

The only problem I’m having so far with it is that my slider images on my home page appear grainy. Not just like a blur to make it easier to read the text, but like they’re low quality. I’ve tried linking to them as opposed to uploading them, adjusting the file size, and everything else I’ve seen online.

Unsure where to go from here, and would hate to have to switch themes over something small like this!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey I checked out your website to me it is appearing perfect. I also have the same problem my images are appearing blur. Would you mind taking a look at it –

This is down to the new update. Before this, my images were displaying in high quality. Now that quality has dropped.

I’m specifically referring to the slider on Frontpage, is there a way to increase the quality of the images using css commands?

OK… I figured this out, not sure if anyone else’s is the same issue… but this is down to the image settings.

    Click:

    Settings
    Media

Then simply increase the pixel sizes. Double the thumbnails from 150 to 300. I’m putting my large images up to 5000.

You may need to re-upload images.

    Hope this helps.
