slider images dont load when logged in and wrong config?

    i have a Problem since few Days:

    1. when i am logged in in backend on for example firefox and then call the home site (https://pogea-racing.com)
    then the images of the slider are not shown ?? but i dont know why
    when i call chrome (but NOT logged in in Backend) then it shows the slider images without problems

    2. in backend i deleted the plugin timeliner: and now i get this error in backend: Recently an error occurred while creating the CSS / JS minify cache: File “/is/htdocs/wp1078531_XZEVOAB7WL/www/site15/wp-content/plugins/wp-jquery-timelinr/assets/js/jquery.timelinr-1.0.js” doesn’t exist.

    ah we use CDN .. -> amazon i think

    3. the backend is very slow ..sometimes 10 – 20 sec

    4. the first load of a page for example news takes (5-6sec) – its to long ..isnt it? it is not much content. the 2nd load (from cache) load is 4 seconds! that is to much but we had perfectly configured it .. it was under 2 seconds…any ideas why it takes now much longer?
