Slider images responsiveness issue

    Hi,

    I am trying your Slider on our website, but I am having some difficulty in adjusting the images on mobile view. They are cropped, and I would like them to be framed with the arrows outside the image, displaying the whole picture.

    I’ve tried some custom code that I found in other support topics, but didn’t work.

    Hi,

    Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

    I guess some settings are wrong.
    Please go to Master Slider -> Slider Controls and remove any Used controls that are not used on the slider (for example, thumblist/tabs)
    If the problem persists, provide us with a screenshot of Master Slider -> Slider Settings -> General Settings

    Thanks for you answer.

    I have removed all controls except the arrows and it seems that the issue persist.

    P.S.: I can’t find the attach button, so I’m texting you the General Settings:

    General Settings
    Slider name and dimensions
    Slider name : Fleet Slider
    Slider width : 800 px
    Slider height : 480 px

    ON Automatically crop and resize slider images based on the size above.
    Slider sizing method
    Boxed layout

    ON Auto-height slider

    Slider wrapper width : 100 %

    Hello again,

    I tried fitting the image and it worked!

    But now on the web page, the arrows are in front of the image. I tried several options and figured that to get the arrows beside the image I had to center slides. Is there any other option to show the arrows besides the image, instead of in front?

    Hi,

    To show arrows outside the box, you can increase the Slider wrapper width on Slider Settings -> General Settings -> Slider sizing method and make it larger than your slider width.

    Then disable Align center slider controls on Slider Settings -> Appearance
