Slider images showing up ridiculously tiny, need help

Hi there, our slider images are 1000 x 360 designed to the zenon lite slider space, but they’re showing up very tiny.

Our developer said to tell you that the images are being called to display as “attachment-post-thumbnail wp-post-image” even though in the dashboard it says to display full size.

We need your assistance to correct this so the slider images show up properly – thanks in advance for help.
