• Hi Nicolas, I just downloaded your theme, I really like it and I would like to use it for a project. I have an old multilingual site which use qTranslate and I would like to use the slider showing title, description text and button in the current language like you did on the demo slider. Is there a generalized way to do this without having to manual code it?

    Best regards
    Angelo

  • I eventually switched off my multi-lingual plugin, as it gave me problems, but the slider was one problem I didfix ??

You create 2 sliders, with different names.

Thanks but then how do you point to the right one? For instance in the frontpage, you can choose just one slider.

Oh dear: memory problems ?? I also forget which translator I was using ??

But I vaguely remember setting up 2 home pages, 2 sliders and somehow getting 2 customizrs to use. Or maybe that was the point at which I gave up and simply switched domains (I have a domain for my second language).

Sorry–can’t help you more; someone else needs to step in…

Thanks anyway for taking time to reply. I have done some slight modifications to the code and now I’m able to translate both the slider and the featured pages. Now the only missing feature is the ability to launch an external url when clicking the action button…
