  • Please, install some slider plugin, which uses shortcode and then go to theme’s customizer, select header image and check option “hide”. Next, edit your homepage and using page builder tab click on add row. When you’ll finish, click on add widget and choose “text widget”, then put your slider shortcode and save. That’s all.

    I’m new to wordpress. this is my firs try of using wordpress! I’m getting interested in it…
    but I didn’t really understand how to edit my homepage and which code should be changed?!

    sorry I found it. what a stupid question I asked! haha
    but now the problem is a full width responsive slider with short code or widget, a free one in fact!

    Meta Slider might do it for you.

    doesn’t crop the image and doesn’t fill the width of screen!
