very good template / slow response support

  • A five star for layout and design and options, only downside is that the respons on the support forum is quite slow. Between 1 & 2 weeks. So you have to be patience if there is an issue. And I have the paid version…!

    As we responded back on your support thread https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/slider-not-resizing-on-mobile-not-responsive?replies=5, the issue seems to be only with the slider text and not the slider image, there are multiple things which result in slider image maybe not looking like what you expect on a mobile. If you set slider height, the image tries to be the same height on a mobile while covering the full width of the viewport as well. We released version 1.2.2 which fixes the text responsive issue

    While we appreciate your time for writing this review, it would have been much appreciated if you have posted on the support forum about the problem and maybe posted a screenshot of the mobile highlighting the issue you are talking about. I believe Quest is the theme which provides far better support than any other theme here on the WP.org repo and our other reviews echo the same
